Masks

Your therapist will wear a mask during your appointment. Clients may opt to wear a mask, and one will be provided for you if you ask.

 

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Symptoms

If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness, including fever, headache, chills, cough, sneezing, digestive illness, are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick, I ask that we reschedule your appointment. Please call as soon as you are feeling ill, any time before your appointment, to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment for other than medical reasons. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Missed Appointments

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show,” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments that follow yours. A therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
